Kendall, a Class of 2025 senior at Romeo High School, wanted a session that felt like her—a mix of modern, natural, and meaningful.

We started the evening in downtown Romeo, MI, where she brought her calm confidence and easy style to some of my favorite corners of the city. The textures, the light, the quiet vibe—it was the perfect way to start.

Then we headed to her family’s farm, a place she’s come to love over the years. She didn’t grow up there, but she enjoys everything about it—from the wide-open space to the combine and riding the tractor. It’s a space that feels like freedom, and it gave us so many spots that felt personal and real.

One of my favorite parts of Kendall’s session was photographing her with her puppies. A lot of seniors feel unsure about bringing their dogs, not knowing how they'll behave or if it’ll be chaotic—but Kendall’s pups did amazing. They were calm, curious, and totally into it. The photo says it all. We shot along the dirt road between the wheat fields, and it ended up being one of the sweetest moments of the evening.

It was one of those warm, late summer nights where everything just feels easy and perfect for her senior session. The light was soft, the air still, and Kendall brought so much quiet confidence to every part of it.
